High-output Infrared Flash Cure Unit with forced air and digital controls
|
ADJUSTABLE FORCED AIR SYSTEM PROTECTS DELICATE TEXTILES DURING INFRARED FLASH-CURING OF PLASTISOL INKS, SPEEDS THE EVAPORATIVE DRYING OF WATER BASED INKS, AND COOLS THE ENCLOSURE FOR OPERATOR SAFETY |
The AirFlash™ Flash Cure Unit combines infrared heating with forced air to cure the ink while cooling the garment to avoid shrinkage, melting and burning of Nylon, polyester, Dazzle cloth, Spandex and other heat-sensitive fabrics. It features a 140 cfm (238 m3/h) blower with filtered air intake that can distribute clean, heated air uniformly across delicate fabrics such as nylon. For flashing of regular fabrics, the air flow can be diverted to cool the outer skin. The digital controls offer fine adjustment of heat from zero to 100% for repeatable results, diagnostic indicator lights for simplified monitoring, and a high-capacity solid-state relay for long-term reliable service.
